JOB ROLE 1 : Accounts Payable Executive
Educational Qualifications :
Commerce Graduate/Post Graduate, CA(Inter)
Skill requirements :
➢ Invoice booking based on two way - three way match for goods & service on timely basis
➢ Keeping an invoice tracker to ensure track of any outstanding payment
➢ GST ITC / TDS accounting while booking invoice
➢ Providing inputs for Timely TDS / TCS return
➢ Doing Vendor reconciliation & confirmation
➢ Weekly vendors ageing & open advances schedule
➢ Hands on experience of working on Tally Prime
➢ Working knowledge of MS-office (Word, Excel)
JOB ROLE - 2 : Finance & Banking Executive
Skill requirements :
➢ Manage daily banking operations, including monitoring and controlling fund flows to meet operational requirements.
➢ Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting of financial data.
➢ Preparing fund flow statement on a daily basis and ensure it is matching with closing bank balance.
➢ Releasing payments to vendors as per defined due dates
➢ Accounting for all incoming payments as per nature of payment
➢ Liaising with banker on a regular basis to ensure smooth banking operations
➢ Processing of employee reimbursement claims on a timely basis
➢ Issuance of travel impress to employees as per policy
➢ Knowledge of TDS/TCS provisions and returns filing
➢ Hands on experience of working on Tally Prime
➢ Working knowledge of MS-office (Word, Excel)
