Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring an MIS Executive (Non-Voice Process) with Hindi proficiency to manage, analyze, and validate reports. The role requires strong coordination with the North India field team to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills, experience in handling large datasets, and the ability to work with different MIS tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and analyze reports received from the North India field team.
• Coordinate effectively with field teams in Hindi to gather accurate and timely data.
• Generate, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Work with large datasets in Excel to extract insights.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reporting processes.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Hindi (only spoken) is a must for effective communication with the field team.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business Administration / IT / Statistics / any relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) and Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
