Job Summary:

Superseva is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Executive to join our dynamic team for the client IBM. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in business operations, strong communication skills, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel. The role requires a candidate who is capable of handling operational tasks, data analysis, and ensuring smooth daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth execution of processes and workflows.

Analyze and manage data using advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize operational workflows and resolve any issues.

Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for regular management reviews.

Identify areas for process improvements and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency.

Handle documentation, record-keeping, and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

Support the operations team in executing strategic initiatives and special projects.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in business operations or a related field.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Macros).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in business operations, process management, or data handling.

Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other business tools
