Job Description:
You will be part of the Business Management team aligned to Technology Services International (TSI). TSI has responsibility for the design, implementation, and operation of all internal IT infrastructure across International (i.e. outside the domestic US).
TSI services consist of the following:
You will be working as a pipeline manager leading the project process and ensuring quality services are successfully launched into the live environment through effective quality gates.
You will have a proven ability to lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion while aligning them with organizational objectives. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic planning, project management, and exceptional communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives.
Primarily, you will be responsible for the following:
Proficient in both written spoken English. Ability in additional languages is desirable as your role will interact with ATT associates in many countries.
Support every ware except USA.
Add Bangalore and Hyderabad locations as well.
Factilitate the projects Good knowledge in general like security/storage/ networking / involve with top heads with Facilitate b/w non technical to technical team.
Good management of soft skills.
Working with L1 to L5 and to know the criticalities.
