System IT Engineer

• Provides operational support for laptops, desktops & server, storage, and network infrastructures.
• Install and deploys systems and platforms as per users requirements.
• Enhances infrastructure performance through implemented changes.
• Assists with data backup, migration, and disaster recovery operations.
• Supports software and OS upgrades, tracks system licensing, and con gures security settings.
• Offers technical support, troubleshoots network/platform issues, and maintains documentation for systems, software, and hardware.

• 2-5 years of IT experience with a graduate degree or PGDCA, Hardware, and Networking course.
• Pro cient in installing, con guring, and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
• Experienced in application stack administration and performance tuning (Tally, MS Of ce, Backup Apps, Mail Clients).
• Basic knowledge of virtualization and containerization (Docker, VMware, VirtualBox).
• Strong networking skills (Switches, OSI layers, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, VLANs) and understanding of wireless infrastructure and rewalls.
• Familiar with IT asset management, printers & scanners (hardware and software), EPABX, and telephony systems.
