DriveClear s account management charter in the geography. Lead and coach afive-member team of Strategic Account Managers in engaging with CFOs at Fortune500 and top-tier Indian enterprises understanding their business challenges andcreating value through Clear s technology solutions.
Role Outcomes
1. RevenueGrowth: Lead the team to achieve sales targets through exceptional accountmanagement. Grow revenues by building deep client relationships, identifyingand converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
2. ClientRetention and References: Become the partner of choice for the client team,create stickiness and grow NRR. Leverage the deep relationships and successstories for references that grows Clear s business
3. TeamManagement: Groom the individual contributors to become sales superstars andleaders. Build the right sales discipline, process and habits that become thefoundation of a winning sales team
KeyExperiences
1. AccountManagement:
a. Proventrack record in delivering account management targets - upsell, cross-sell andrenewals.
b.Building deep client relationships, especially with CXOs.
c.Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, upsell products/services, andeffectively close deals.
2. ClientManagement:
a. Stronginterpersonal and communication skills to build trust-based relationships withkey stakeholders.
b.Experience in understanding and proactively addressing client needs andconcerns.
3.Coaching:
a. Enjoyscoaching individuals, positively impacting clients and/or the company.
b. Settingclear performance goals and KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews, andproviding constructive feedback.
4. Voiceof Customer:
a.Experience coordinating with internal project teams and senior managers toensure successful service delivery.
b.Proficiency in analyzing account performance data to assess client satisfactionand develop actionable insights for strategy optimization
Key Requirements
An MBA degree from a reputed institute
5 years B2B/ SAAS experience, overall 10+ years of experience
Excellent communication skills
Team Leadership experience (nice to have)
Learning mindset
Thrive in a startup environment
