Reports to Learning Experience Manager
Overall position purpose
The Learning Experience & Design Consultant will be instrumental in contributing to contemporary best practice learning and learner experiences to help shape EY wide initiatives. They will help to
create an EY Employee Experience that delivers a consistent and positive learner and people experience.
The primary purpose of the Learning Experience & Design Consultant role is to look at the overall employee learner experience, and recommend and create learner journeys and maps, that provide
impactful learning and engagement.
These learning experiences will then guide the creation and development of innovative learning and development experiences and solutions within the organization.
They will keep abreast of the latest methods to improve learning experiences, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
The Learning Experience & Design Consultant is dedicated to crafting dynamic learning experiences that equip our people with the skills and mindsets needed to excel in their roles (current and
future).
Working closely with the Learning Experience & Insights Leader (LEIL), Learning Experience Manager, Learning Insights and Technology Manager, and Learning Insights Coordinator, this role is
