Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (TA)

    • Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection for key roles.
    • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create effective job descriptions, and design targeted recruitment strategies.
    • Oversee and improve the candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and professional process from initial contact through on-boarding.
    • Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to attract top talent.
    • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed to support recruitment efforts.
    • Ensuring all the process involved in hiring are followed including Background checks, Medicals, Reference check etc.
    • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives are embedded in the recruitment process to promote a diverse workforce.

On-boarding & Integration

    • Coordinate and oversee new employee on-boarding to ensure a seamless transition and integration into the organization.
    • Coordinate with Corporate HR Team and process all offers & on-boarding is executed through Darwin-box.
    • Partner with hiring managers to develop a structured on-boarding plan that includes training, mentoring, and feedback sessions.

Employee Engagement

    • Foster a culture of open communication, trust, and respect, focusing on engagement, retention, and employee well-being.
    • Monitor and assess employee engagement and suggest initiatives to improve morale and productivity.

HR Compliance & Reporting

    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations, and assist with audits and compliance reviews.
    • Track and report key HR and talent acquisition metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, turnover, cost-per-hire).
    • Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they reflect the organization's needs and comply with legal requirements.

Continuous Improvement

    • Continuously evaluate HR and recruitment practices, recommending improvements and innovations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor market trends and talent acquisition best practices, ensuring the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner or talent acquisition role. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent acquisition strategies.
    • Proven experience with recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and external partners.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Analytical skills to track and interpret recruitment metrics and performance data.
