Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Client Management:
   
• Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns proactively.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
• Conduct client meetings, reviews, and follow-ups to strengthen relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales deals efficiently.

2.Marketing and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product design, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to promote sports equipment.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Provide insights to improve product offerings and align strategies with market demands.

4.Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty.
• Proactively manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Monitor sales and marketing performance, preparing detailed reports for management review.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Requirements: Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: 3-4 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the sports equipment or manufacturing industry.
