Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Experience Consultant to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in export, preferably within the automotive industry. This role involves handling export documentation, managing MIS reporting, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Required Experience:

• 3 - 5 Years of Experience in Automobile or heavy Machinery

• Education: any graduate

• Strong experience in export documentation.

• Proficiency in MIS reporting and Excel.

• Effective cross-functional coordination Exports.

• Ability to handle data coordination.

• Preferred Industry: Automotive

• 6 Days working

Good to Have:

• Willingness to work in shifts.

Personal Characteristics:

• Email drafting skill

• English Communication

Job Description

• Customer Experience includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):

  • Customer channel management

  • Case Management

  • Customer onboarding and relationship management

  • Contract and dispute management and more.

• Administrative stream includes those who primarily support others by performing skilled technical, administrative or operational tasks.
