GALAXY FREIGHT PVT LTD is looking for Air Export Operations and Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person
- Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Gathering customer feedback and suggesting ways to improve the customer experience
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Updating customer information and purchase history in the company's database
- Escalating complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Good organizational and time management skills
