Job Description

deugro was founded in Frankfurt am Main and is the first company of the deugro group, where is has its focus on global project freight forwarding. Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a highly driven, goal oriented individual with a proven track record in air freight product, to work in a fast paced office as Airfreight Operations in Mumbai, India.

Key responsibilities:

Managing Air Freight Product Operations (pricing/export/import/charter operations)

Negotiating and booking of cargoes and contracts directly with airlines

Work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders People management in culturally diverse work environment

Ability to build long term relationship with internal & external stakeholders

Passionate about customer service with exceptional people skill

Skills, Knowledge, and expertise:

Candidate should have 6 -12 years of experience in the Air Freight Product (pricing/export/import/charter operations)
DG Certified an added advantage
Thorough knowledge of IATA, air freight pricing and operations
Strong analytical and negotiation skills with an aptitude for problem solving;
Strong hands-on experience in the freight market with a global outlook
Professional, highly diligent and commitment to excellence
Excellent communication skills and highly motivated and having Entrepreneurial ability
