Job Description
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients in the Sector- manufacturing, construction, energy, and oil and gas sectors, among others
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Quoting and Pricing: Prepare quotes and pricing proposals for clients
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals
- Coordination: Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders
- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events to network with potential clients and industry stakeholders
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise :
- Knowledge about the various heavy lift equipment, hydraulic axles, etc.
- Should have expertise in heavylift transports
- Should have experience of 5+ years in prominent managerial role in heavylift transport company
- Ability to handle and analyse complex information
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills
- Good verbal and written English
