Generating new business with existing clients, including the creation and follow-up of offers and cooperating with respect to general freight, freight forwarding business
Establishing new client relationships and generating new business, including creating and following up on offers within the existing sales structures
Supporting the branch office in the preparation of the annual budget and business plan, with target setting and commercial evaluation of all projects
Supporting business and commercial controlling for the division
Strategy development and implementation for the division (customer acquisition, market share gain, benchmarking, competitor analysis, etc.)
Tender management based on general freight, freight forwarding business Quality assurance of all processes and procedures Supporting the implementation of strategic goals of the group Ensuring interaction and cooperation with other deugro offices and departments.
What you can contribute:
Minimum Bachelor s degree in business or management, Master s Degree in relevant field is preferred
Minimum 5 years of professional and sales experience in the field of general freight, freight forwarding business
Strong service and customer orientation
Convincing personality with a confident manner and a solution-oriented way of working
Ability to work in a team and strong organizational skills
Good written and spoken English as well as MS Office skills
