Customer Service - Air Export

Position : Asst. Managers/ Sr. Executives/ Executives

• Air Exports Documentation (AWB)

Work location: Vileparle East, Mumbai

Requisite:

• Min 2 yrs of experience in Air Exports with freight Forwarding Company.
• Good Communication skills, Knowledge of INCOTERMS, World Airports.
• Sound knowledge of Air Export CS and Operations prodecure
• Team Player.
• Ambitious/ Go-getters.
• Candidates joining immediately will be get preference.

Responsibility:

• Booking cargo with carriers and communicating booking details to shippers and agents.
• Communicating all shipment details to all parties involved. Consistent & timely system updates of shipments.
• Opening jobs in the logi-sys and prepared the docket upon receipt of shipping documents from exporter or from internal team.
• Ensure to prepare the Draft AWB accurately and share the same to customer for approval. Communicate with Shipper for fast approval of the AWB.
• Submitting ASI data with Airline for releasing carting & gate pass on timely manner.
• Following up with handling staff (operation boys, transporters & shipper) for shipment movement & for smooth clearance.
• Once shipment cleared, ensure to send pre-alert documents to all involved parties ie shipper & agent along with tentative flight details.
• Shipment tracking till the arrival at destination and accordingly updating to the customer.
• Maintain DSR report as per customer requirement.
• Ensure to send clear & correct shipment related documents along with handover set of the Airline for destination clearance based on Shipper instructions.
