- As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market
- Your role involves analyzing market data, conducting pricing research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to set optimal pricing for products or services
- You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the company's pricing decisions align with its business objectives
- Responsibilities:Pricing Strategy Development: Develop pricing strategies that consider market dynamics, competition, product positioning, and customer segmentation
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to identify opportunities and threats
- Pricing Research: Conduct pricing research and analysis to understand price elasticity, customer preferences, and price sensitivity
- Profitability Analysis: Analyze pricing impact on product margins and overall profitability to make informed pricing decisions
- Price Setting: Determine and set prices for new products, existing products, and product line extensions
- Promotional Pricing: Plan and implement promotional pricing strategies and discounts to drive sales and achieve specific business objectives
- Pricing Models and Tools: Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to aid in pricing decision-making and scenario analysis
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align pricing strategies with overall business goals
