Ocean Freight Sales Manager

What you will be doing?

• Maintain and develop existing accounts
• Target new customers as well as new business opportunities.
• Focusing on medium-size / Tier 2-3 companies and start-ups / scale-ups
• Infuse Sustainability and Innovative solutions for our clients
• Pay regular visits to our clients, vendors, liners, etc.
• Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines

Requirements.

• Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 5-7 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Sales and business development
• Proven track record of successful P&L management and achieving revenue targets in the ocean freight field.
• Experience in project and warehouse sales is a big plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent in communication and negotiation
• Extended customer portfolio in Pan India and outside.
• Long-term relationship with the liners and NVOCCs.
