Urgent hiring For Customer Service - Export / Cochin

Job Summary:

Person will be assisting the Manager-CS for day to day Export (Air and Sea) operations of branch and to achieve the customer satisfaction and also responsible for liaising with customers and auctioning to their queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co- ordinate with Customer about queries/ shipment and update follow up on regular basis.
• Interact with customers, get nominations filed and co-ordinate with sales
• Confirm booking with agents and get shipment executed
• Coordinate the movement (arrival and dispatch) of consignments, tracking and updating the client
• Coordinate and follow up with agents for documents, hand over stamped documentation to customs clearance department for legalization
• Informing the operations department of changes in Bill of Lading shipments
•  Follow up with operations and customs clearance team on invoices to clients
• Follow up with clients for payment of dues on case to case basis
• Follow up and solve discrepancy in rates, terms and documentation
• To ensure that all data is updated in all required fields in the system
