Assistant Manager - HRBP - Location (Andheri East)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development, and drive the achievement of the annual strategy taking into account business priorities and the global HR strategy
• Responsible for Succession plans determined and delivered, accountable for final resourcing decisions down to agreed levels, embedding core processes, talent pipelines in place.
• Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business.
• Accountable for all HR Data management and ensure execution of:
  - Global Standard Data updates
  - KPI data management
  - HR Strategic Review data
  - People Session data
  - Management reporting
  
• Accountable for and ensure execution of all facilitative activities as:
  - Implementation of all global HR processes:
  - Implement talent management processes
  - Implement performance management processes
  -Implementation of Rewards and Recognition strategies
  - Implement HR functional excellence processes and training
  - Leadership pipeline
  - Leadership coaching

- Engagement and organization mapping

• Accountable for and ensure execution of GELP:
  - Recruitment, onboarding and administration
  - Rotation
  - Performance management (including MIMC reports, follow up on
  non-performers, issuing warnings and GAP nomination)
  - Compensation
  - Improve GELP coordination (with Center HR and Group HR)
• Drive a performance culture in the organisation
• Drive Centre initiatives
• Act as a Counsellor and Advice management on setting the organisation
  
• Accountable for execution of Functional Mindset
  - Drive HR functional excellence
  - Ensure standardization and best practice within HR
  - Develop HR talent

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA/ PG degree in HR / PM
• Minimum 4 – 6 years in HR business partnering.
