Asst Manager - HRBP

Role & responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Management:
  
• Oversee recruitment for all positions across functions to fill talent gaps as per business needs.
• Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new hires during their first 6 months with the company.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future business needs and succession planning.

• Performance Management:
  
• Drive the Performance Management process across functions, ensuring alignment with the organizations PMS guidelines.
• Work with managers and associates to identify and address performance-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide support and guidance to managers on performance improvement initiatives, including the development and implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Support managers in handling discipline-related issues, ensuring that actions are fair and in accordance with company policies.
• Develop targeted performance improvement plans for employees who are underperforming and collaborate with managers to track progress.

• Employee Development & Engagement:
  
• Partner with leadership to create and execute talent development programs that align with organizational needs and employee growth.
• Identify potential leaders and provide support for their development through coaching and training initiatives.
• Foster an environment of continuous learning and development to improve employee performance, engagement, and retention.

• Stakeholder Management :
  
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and business leaders, providing guidance on HR solutions that align with business goals.
• Advise on workforce planning, employee relations, and performance-related concerns to ensure the business is well-positioned for success.
• Act as a key partner in driving business growth by ensuring that talent strategies and HR practices are aligned with business priorities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: MBA in Human Resources or related field (Mandatory).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role, with a strong focus on performance management, talent acquisition, and employee development.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or similar industries.

Skills

• Experience in handling performance improvement plans (PIPs), employee relations issues, and corrective action measures.
• Strong ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance organizational productivity.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
