We are Hiring Associate IT for Andheri Location

Job Description:

- Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate networks including Firewall and related devices.

- Ensure network security and connectivity.

- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput and latency) and test for weaknesses.

- Provides technical support and guidance to users.

- Direct involvement in incidents or problems that cause service impact and acts as escalation point for incidents not being resolved in a

timely manner.

- Responsible for management of the rollout and support of desktop devices, including laptops and printers,

and productivity tools such as Outlook and MSOffice.

- Configure firewall policies.

- Install and configure L2 switches , routers , firewalls.

- To set up and configure network and Security devices

- To maintain IT assets Inventory

- Provide occasional out-of-hours support.

Functional Experience:

- In depth IT Infra Knowledge

- Minimum 3 experience supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery

- Good understanding of Server & desktop hardware/ operating systems, networks, firewalls

- Ability to priorities and allocate resource/effort appropriately

- Experience of working with 3rd party service providers

- Proactive team player

Technical experience:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, windows systems.

- Knowledge of Active Directory

- In depth knowledge of Messaging (MS Exchange, Archiving, Unified Communications)

- In-depth knowledge of Networking technologies and concepts.

- Good understanding of IT security and Data protection

- Good understanding of printing services.

- Exposure to Office 365
