Desktop Support Engineer (IT-Incharge)

Role & responsibilities:

1) Responsible for entire Hardware & Software Networking of the centre.

2) Manage Switches, Network Printers, LAN, WAN, Wireless Network, CCTV System,

3) Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all the desktops and laptop computers.

4) Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, Novell networks, file servers, Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades and configures modems, disk drives, data acquisition boards, CD ROM units, printers, and related equipment.

5) Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.

6) Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, managing host security, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users.

7) Other Areas- a) Responsible to generate Test Report after the Vehicle Testing.
