Job Description:

The Sales Enablement Team supports sales from lead to contract. We provide demos, proposals and contracts which enable faster and larger deals. We are focused on simplifying and standardizing these processes so we can scale.

The person in this roll will work alongside and support the Consulting Sales Enablement team with monthly reporting, quarterly content reviews and updates, assisting with team meetings, team scheduling, communications, and user support for our proposal and contract writers.

This person will be working with leaders and team members across a broad organization to bring positive change to the sales process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Weekly Reporting:
    • collecting data from our document creation system to report on proposal and contract creation and pricing metrics
    • collecting data from our document creation system and aligning with CRM opportunities
    • reports and metrics on team time utilization
  • Monthly reporting:
    • collecting data from consulting service line teams to report on our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Document Creation System License Tracking
  • Quarterly Contract and Proposal Approval Group Review Communications and updates
  • Quarterly Contract and Proposal Content Review Communications and updates
  • Content Library and Internal Website updates, which include Manager and Partner Bio Updates (on a quarterly rotation)
  • PowerPoint Content updates
  • Software Referral Tracking

Job Requirement:

  • Previous experience in a consulting, contracting organization, including proposal, or contracting software.
  • Content creation and management experience.
  • Creating a positive customer/user experience.
  • Highly organized and possesses the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Motivated, self-starter, who can work independently or with cross functional, collaborative teams across time zones.
  • Problem solver with analytical and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
