Armanino is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracting Specialist to join our team. The Contracting Specialist will be responsible for providing essential support in reviewing Consulting Contracts for potential Risk to the Firm. This position requires an understanding of sales enablement, contract best practices, strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team and various stakeholders. This person will also help build standardization, automation, and efficiency in our contracting and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Contracting Review:

• Complete Risk Reviews for Armanino Consulting contracts and other contracts as assigned.
• Assess compliance and recommend edits, approval, further review or rejection.
• Complete Risk Review Checklist for all Consulting Contracts
• Assist end-users with questions and problems related to contract approvals.

Process Standardization and Documentation:

• Help to document and standardize the contract review process.
• Work with a team of stakeholders to build, test and implement automation in this process.

End-User Support:

• Support end-users to enhance their understanding of contracting, risk management and standard processes.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure users can review contracts efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to read a contract with attention to detail and decipher when out of compliance
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, HR).
• Proven experience in providing administrative support in a sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using sales applications and tools, PandaDoc and Microsoft CRM preferred.
