Armanino is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracting Specialist to join our team. The Contracting Specialist will be responsible for providing essential support in reviewing Consulting Contracts for potential Risk to the Firm. This position requires an understanding of sales enablement, contract best practices, strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team and various stakeholders. This person will also help build standardization, automation, and efficiency in our contracting and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership Development:

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing consulting team by fostering key qualities such as problem-solving, effective communication, adaptability, and a deep understanding of customer needs, with a shared commitment to customer excellence.

• Develop initiatives to encourage innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth within the team. Empower internal teams with the tools, training, and resources required to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

• Establish performance metrics focused on customer satisfaction, engagement, and business impact.

Contracting Review End-user support:

• Complete complex Risk Reviews for Armanino Consulting contracts and other contracts as assigned.
• Assess compliance and recommend edits, approval, further review or rejection.
• Complete Risk Review Checklist for all Consulting Contracts
• Assist end-users with questions and problems related to contract approvals.
• Review the work of your team to ensure quality
• Train the India team to provide high quality end-user support by helping them to enhance their understanding of contracting, risk management and standard processes

Renewals:

• Proven knowledge of renewals management using a CRM tool including efficient tracking.

• Communicate with Client Managers on upcoming renewals

• Coordinated Renewal Invoices for client approved renewals

• Communication with Software Operations teams on renewals status

Process Standardization and Documentation:

• Encourage the India team to drive documentation and standardization of the contract review process.
• Collaborate proactively with a team of stakeholders to build, test and implement automation in this process and have the team in India contribute significantly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of contract risk review and renewal management experience
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to read a contract with attention to detail and decipher when out of compliance
• Ability to communicate with great impact
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Prior experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, HR) at a minimum.
• Proven experience in providing administrative support in a sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using sales applications and tools, PandaDoc and Microsoft CRM preferred.
