This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino.

Major Duties Responsibilities:

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting close process

• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations, journal entries and other analysis to support the consolidated financial statements

• Mainly responsible for the following areas - Fixed Assets, Accruals, Investments, and Other Assets

• Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with US GAAP and SOX

• Develop and/or update policy procedures to enhance efficiency and internal controls

• Drive process improvements and assist in the IT automation projects within the accounting function

• Assist with the Quarterly, Annually and SOX audits and serve as liaison with the auditors

• Support management in completing special projects and other tasks as assigned

• Other clerical and administrative duties as deemed necessary

Skills Requirements:

• BA/BS in Accounting or equivalent required

• 3+ years of financial accounting and GL experience required

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Has a successful track record in prioritizing, multi-tasking, and consistently meeting deadlines with a high quality of work

• Detail-oriented and excellent organization skills

• Working knowledge of ERP systems

• Working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls/SOX

• Expertise in Microsoft excel
