Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the month-end close cycle to ensure the monthly close runs efficiently and on schedule, including consolidation and close checklist to ensure completeness of the tasks

• In charge of administration and maintenance of Blackline system and resolve issues as they arise

• Prepare or review general ledger account reconciliations, journal entries, including tax entries and other analysis to support the consolidated financial statements

• Assists in serving as liaison with Deloitte, A2Q2 and Singer Lewak and in the preparation of PBCs (Prepared by Client Schedules).

• Oversee the Fixed Assets process including Property Tax filing

• Assist with the quarterly SEC filings

• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal procedures

• Drive process improvements and lead/assist in the IT automation projects within the accounting function

• Other duties projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Accounting or equivalent required

• CPA preferred

• 5+ years of financial accounting and GL experience required

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Detail-oriented and excellent organization skills

• Ability to work independently as well as being a team player

• Advanced Excel skills

• ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics D365
