We are seeking a qualified candidate for a role based in Bengaluru , India, to support and enhance our Renewals team. As a pivotal member, this position involves working with Poppulo client accounts and overseeing contract renewals to align with the overall partnership objectives between the customer and Poppulo . The successful candidate will work collaboratively across internal functions to optimize renewals efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the renewal cycle, encompassing the creation, negotiation, and finalization of renewals well in advance of contract end dates to ensure timely renewal.
Execute all renewal administrative tasks, including the accurate review of past contracts, creation of new quotes, and completion of order forms.
Identify upsell opportunities by understanding Poppulo product usage in collaboration with sales team members.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Managers, Legal, and Finance teams to maximize performance on renewals.
Schedule and conduct renewal calls with stakeholders.
Cultivate long-lasting and successful customer relationships.
Work towards achieving challenging goals in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Resolve issues and inquiries related to annual and multi-year subscription contracts in an accurate and timely manner.
Uphold the companys values, promoting an inclusive workplace and contributing to the achievement of our company vision and key strategies.

Experience Skills required
4+ years of experience in a Renewals (Customer Success) in SAAS.
Bachelors degree in any discipline
Team-focused mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Have exposure experience of working with Global Customers i.e US, EMEA APAC
Stay informed about changes within an agile business environment.
Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized, and thorough.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience using CRM Systems such as Salesforce, with familiarity in Salesforce CPQ being a plus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
