Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Pre-Sales Manager to join Asset Vantage. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring seamless management of client data, and enabling our sales team to focus on closing deals. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing tasks that contribute to our sales success.
Manage and maintain all client data updates on the CRM platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Conduct thorough research on prospective clients and support the sales team in identifying key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure target audiences for email campaigns are correctly identified and updated.
Handle inbound lead management, including responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, and directing them to the appropriate sales team members.
Track license renewals and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and follow-ups.
Assist in creating monthly sales reports, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
Keep the client database updated with client status, activity history, and relevant notes to support sales efforts.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
Monitor and manage pre-sales activities to streamline the sales pipeline and improve overall efficiency.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.
Qualification
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales support role, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector. Min 3 years work experience.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho), Data Management tools and MS Office.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques is a plus.
