This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and working closely with the Senior Revenue Accounting Manager to manage the daily operations

• Perform ASC 606 revenue recognition review on orders and contracts

• Prepare and perform final review on daily shipping folders to ensure all revenue recognition criteria are met before shipments

• Coordinate with Project Management and Shipping in sales and shipping folder reviews

• Review invoices and propose proper deferred revenue journal entries invoices and Prepare daily payment journals for payment collections and misc. revenue invoices

• Participate in AR aging preparation, AR collection, and customer credit card payment process

• Participate in the month end closing activities to ensure all revenue and AR are accurately posted and reconciled.

• Assist Sr. Revenue Accounting Manager with customer credit review

• Ensure shipping folder filing is maintained in compliance with company policy and procedures

• Assist in preparation for external, SOX, and tax audit requests

• Participate in various process improvement projects and system upgrade

• Other duties projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or relevant certification

• 1-2 years minimum progressively responsible experience in accounting field

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills as well as an acute attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem solving/resolution skills and a team focus

• The successful candidate will have a results-driven attitude and ability to cross-function with all levels and departments in the organization

• Knowledge of AX Dynamics or Microsoft Dynamics Day 365 (preferable)
