This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Position Overview:

As a Senior Manager of Accounting Operations at Armanino, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our accounting processes to support our firms growth trajectory. You will lead a team of accounting professionals, implement best practices, and drive operational excellence to deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement innovative accounting policies, procedures, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, financial planning, and business growth opportunities.
• Liaison with US team on client engagements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive process improvements and innovation.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, providing proactive financial insights and solutions to meet their evolving needs.
• Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• B.Com degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Chartered Accountant, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with a proven track record of leadership and managerial excellence.
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations, with experience in a client-service or public accounting environment preferred.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g ., D365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks), with a focus on leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a passion for learning, adaptability, and innovation.
