Head - Human Resources - SaaS (15-20 yrs)

Opportunity with an exciting SaaS startup in their search for a 'Head of People' in Noida.

We are seeking an experienced Head of People to lead our client's People function with a strong focus on People Success and Talent Acquisition. This role is ideal for a senior HR leader with a proven track record of scaling startups from 1 to 10 or 10 to 100.

Key Responsibilities:

People Success: (Major Focus)

- Define and implement HR policies, rewards & recognition programs, and performance review frameworks.

- Lead talent management initiatives, including learning & development and employee experience strategies.

- Drive compensation & benefits benchmarking and ensure competitive pay structures.

- Build a high-performance work culture and foster employee engagement.

Talent Acquisition:

- Oversee hiring strategy to attract top talent.

- Ensure talent acquisition aligns with business growth and workforce planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Must have been part of the scaling journey of a B2C startup

- 10-15 years of HR partnering experience

- Strong expertise in People Success, with hands-on experience in HR strategy, culture-building, and talent management.

- B2C startup experience is a must.
