Major responsibilities:
Workforce Planning and Resourcing:
- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functions.
- Revamping processes to run organization with optimal manpower
- Redeploying manpower and ensuring adequate training to all employees impacting the quality / process parameters
- Defining and standardizing the productivity norms for each role / job activities.
HR Operations :
- Execute updated company policies and strategies
- Establish clear objectives for the human resources department and monitor their progress using smart metrics
- Lead and train managers and junior staff about important HR procedures and SOPs.
- Handle the employee life cycle including the annual increment cycle.
- Resolve any employees' queries, such as those related to issues like payroll processing and labor regulations
- Plan effective employee benefits programs and educate employees on all incentives and packages
Training and Development / MDP:
- Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
- Training workforce for multi -skilling
Employee Relations:
- Conduct surveys on work climate analysis, recommendations for changes on good working environment
- Managing Health, Safety, and Hygiene across location of operations.
- Salary Administration / Performance Appraisal
- Developing Employee Engagement activities for employees
- Handle Employee Grievances.
- Ensuring implementation of Code of Conduct, Code of Business Ethics etc. as per policies and procedure.
- Implementation of Standing order, Discipline policy, Sexual Harassment Committee as per legal directive.
- Revamping work environment and facilities at workplace
- Overhauling the occupational safety practices and systems
OD Interventions & Talent Management:
- Implementation of the OD interventions as per the Company strategy for business
- Implementation of Competency Framework for business
- Formulating strategy for Capability building & its implementation , Succession planning
Build Performance Driven Culture:
- Ensure co-ordination with relevant personnel to implement performance management system in order to ensure employee performance is monitored / rewarded in a consistent manner within the Company's Performance management framework.
