Role & responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, welcome them to the hotel, and assist.
• Ensure smooth service by handling guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience for guests.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure seamless operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-4 years of experience in food & beverage service or hospitality industry.
• Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management (B.Sc).
• Strong knowledge of restaurant management principles, including inventory control and staff supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
