Roles Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients at the reception, providing a welcoming environment.
Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing emails, calendars, and professional communication.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visa applications and accommodation arrangements.
Oversee office operations, including inventory management, vendor coordination, and logistics for meetings or events.
Provide administrative support for senior management, ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks.
Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and budgets related to travel and administrative functions.
Oversee office supplies management, including ordering and inventory control
Support office administration tasks such as food orders and onsite logistics needs during events or meetings.
Collaborate with senior management to facilitate project planning and execution.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail in managing schedules and logistics while ensuring timely responses to changing priorities.
Cross-functional teams to streamline processes and support organizational goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Support, or in a similar role
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in managing travel arrangements and visa processing
Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently
Collaborative mindset, strong multi-tasking abilities and adaptability to dynamic work environments
Ability to manage time effectively and operate independently
Agile mindset to pivot between different roles and responsibilities as needed
Any bachelor s degree.
