Job Description
- Collaborate with QA/QC, Sourcing, Logistics and 3rd party fulfillment partners in day-to-day operations to ensure product quality and best customer experience.
- Oversee QC operations and supervise QC staff at the fulfillment center, sample receiving, proper document filing and record keeping.
- Perform housekeeping on a regular basis. Ensure work of staff is in compliance with good documentation practices.
- Prepare and submit daily QC reports, timely completion and collection of inspection reports, as required.
- Interact with Mfg. partners to ensure quality of all products and services, resolve issues and improvement when needed.
- Develop and implement QC training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in science or engineering or relevant field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in quality control. Ideally in consumer goods or retail industries.
- Quality control experience in a manufacturing environment and/or field quality experience would be a plus.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different partners.
- Demonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis as applied in a warehouse/fulfillment or Mfg environment.
