Job Description
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, Admin, PD1, salesforce certified, excellent working in knowledge of Excel, word, and ppt.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, consumer goods Cloud, and Admin) and quality assurance experience
- Understand client needs- gather requirements, analyze objectives, and understand their business, pain points
- Excellent documentation skill.
- Extensive experience with manual functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, user acceptance, automated, and smoke testing
- Proven delivery experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent
- Proactively monitor system operations, recommend improvements, and manage user acceptance test planning for execution of critical usecases in CRM projects
- Should be able to do Daily monitoring of reports syncing data from legacy system to Salesforce
- Test and train : Should be able to support testing and train the end user.
- Build relationships : Build trusting relationships with clients and team members
