5+ years of Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, consumer goods Cloud, and Admin) and quality assurance experience
Understand client needs-gather requirements, analyze objectives, and understand their business, pain points
Excellent documentation skill.
Extensive experience with manual functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, user acceptance, automated, and smoke testing
Proven delivery experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

Proactively monitor system operations, recommend improvements, and manage user acceptance test planning for execution of critical usecases in CRM projects
Should be able to do Daily monitoring of reports syncing data from legacy system to Salesforce
