Roles Responsibilities:
SaaS-based B2B Company We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Sales Development
Representative (SDR) to join our SaaS-based B2B company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying
and generating new business opportunities, as well as building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
Reach out to potential clients to introduce our products.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other social selling tools.
Qualify leads and nurture them with the right processes to a mature stage.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and approaches.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular communication and follow-up.
Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads and opportunities.
Continuously improve sales and product knowledge to better educate potential clients.
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and identify new opportunities.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
Experience using sales tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar. Familiarity with
marketing automation software such as HubSpot or Market.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience with lead generation and account-based marketing (ABM).
Minimum 2-5 years of proven B2B Sales/ SaaS industry / Business Development. (Preferably in the AI
technology domain).
Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and business acumen.
Excellent Time Management and Planning Skills
A self-starter. A tenacious individual that is not afraid of taking new initiatives and sometimes rejection.
Passionate about disruptive technologies and eager to learn cool new things.
Ability to prospect and manage relationships with potential clients, from C-level to senior level within
large Fortune 1000 organizations.
Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value-added, insightful, and strategic
vision into their business.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the
organization.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
MBA/PGDM from a leading institute is preferred.
