Job Title : Odoo Functional Consultant

Position Overview :

Anubavam Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Odoo ERP modules across various business domains, with a primary focus on Accounting and Finance.

This role requires deep functional knowledge of Odoo ERP, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Odoo Implementation & Configuration :

- Analyze client business processes and map them to Odoo ERP modules.

- Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet client requirements, including Accounting, Finance, Sales, Inventory, and CRM.

- Ensure smooth deployment and integration of Odoo ERP systems.

Functional Expertise :

- Provide expert advice on the functional capabilities of Odoo modules.

- Guide clients on efficient use of Odoo tools for financial management, inventory, and sales workflows.

- Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements.

- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.

- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for end-users.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify and resolve functional and configuration-related issues.

- Provide post-implementation support and optimize system performance.

- Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and configuration details.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.

- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, and CRM.

- Proficiency in configuring COA, taxes, bank reconciliation, and financial dashboards.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience with Odoo Studio and customization tools is a plus.

- Odoo certification is preferred.
