Title : GM / DGM - Business Development ( Aluminum) India Marked Sale
Location : Delhi
Job Role :
- Preferably focusing on Aluminum Ingots i.e. responsible for leading and developing the business in Aluminum Ingots Import & Sales in India. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and managing the supply chain processes
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the Aluminum import sector preferable Aluminum Ingots.
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to drive growth and profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- . Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Aluminum suppliers in International Market.
- Collaborate with key customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and customers.
- Managing P&L and Net Sales Return
- Allocation and monitoring of PAN India sales and order book for Aluminum business
- Efficiently negotiated price, delivery schedule and other terms & conditions
- Created strategic alliances with contractors and suppliers
- Increased major customers, developed new markets, and confidently managed accounts.
- Coordinate with Internal team for smooth operation and Ensure compliance with all relevant import regulations and quality standards.
- Targeting new opportunities to sell product & services and strategically developed new account relationships
- Lead Generation for Aluminum Bulk Market.
Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :
- Senior Management Professional minimum 12+ years' experience out of which at least 10 years in Sales, marketing, sourcing in the Aluminum sector. Possesses strong business acumen in conceptualizing robust plans for enhanced market penetration.
- MBA / PG / Graduate
- Proven experience in business development and management in the Aluminum import or trading industry.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and opportunities
- Knowledge of Commodities Market. Experience in Commodities is highly preferable.
