Manager - Corporate Communications

Experience: 5-8 Years

Education: Bachelor's/master's in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field, from Top-tier colleges. Diploma/ Professional certification in social media management. Experience from PR agencies

Roles:

1. Support the Corporate Communication Head in all internal and external communications

2. Media tracking & circulation of relevant news to group leadership on a real-time basis

3. Identify timely & consistent information to relevant employees/internal stakeholders through various communication programs

4. Assists in development and execution of communications strategies (External & Internal) to support the Trust and Group's various corporate activities

5. Quick turnaround in terms of drafting and finalization of press release, talking points, quotes, responses, articles for Group leadership and other stakeholders

6. Liaising with media stakeholders all engagements of leadership & ensuring positive professional relationships with various members of the media

7. Draft & update corporate communication on social media platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, industry magazines etc.

8. Draft & update content for the website, supporting in identifying actionable in a timely manner on the same

9. Support with strategic inputs and content development on important group companies related announcements

10. Maintain group archives and update on regular basis

11. Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement

12. Support Corporate Communication dept. in developing, updating and fine-tuning various corporate presentations/pressers/information dockets etc
