Head - Sustainability (15-25 yrs)

The Head of Sustainability will lead company's sustainability initiatives, driving the company's commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals. This leadership role involves integrating sustainable practices into core business strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and advancing corporate responsibility across operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership

- Develop and implement the company's sustainability strategy aligned with global ESG standards and corporate objectives.

- Establish short- and long-term sustainability goals, KPIs, and roadmaps to achieve measurable impacts.

Policy and Compliance

- Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and stay updated on evolving sustainability requirements.

Operational Integration

- Promote sustainable practices across the value chain, including energy efficiency, waste management, and resource conservation.

- Work with R&D and product teams to develop environmentally friendly and sustainable chemical solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and local communities, to promote sustainability awareness and collaboration.

Reporting and Analytics

- Monitor and report sustainability performance, including carbon footprint, energy usage, and other ESG metrics.

- Publish annual sustainability reports in accordance with global frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, and UN SDGs.

Innovation and Advocacy

- Identify and adopt innovative technologies and practices to reduce environmental impact.

- Represent the company in sustainability forums, conferences, and industry collaborations.

Educational Qualification :

Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
