Job Description

Job Title Manager - Emerging Institutional Accounts Reporting or National Key Account Manager

Key Responsibility:

The Emerging Institutional Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering sales plans and initiatives related to the emerging accounts in the premium industry, covering customers in areas such as Air Travel, Gifting Portals, Large QSR network, Entertainment Parks, Multiplexes, Industrial Caterers/ FMCs etc.


- The role holder will be managing this channel nationally and will be the initiator as well as custodian of all activities planned for this channel to strengthen ITC's footprint and presence.

- Assist in developing overall strategy, planning and execution for the channel.

- Deliver annual sales plans.

- Work with Institutional Branch teams - AEs & AMs across all districts to ensure continuous availability & enhanced Fill Rates across locations.

- Timely and speedy listing of recommended NPIs in relevant accounts/channel and coordination with SBU teams on documentations.

- Demand forecasting and participation in SNOP meeting.

- Effective management of payments cycle, claims and sales returns by actively coordinating with branch team, Finance team at HO/branch level.
