Position: Manager/ Sr. Manager Digital Marketing
Location: Faridabad (6 days WFO)
Reporting to: GM & Head - Sales & Marketing - India / Dotted line reporting to International Sales Leads
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
Leadership and Project/Agency Management:
- Develop, nurture, and lead a team of social media specialists/account managers from Agency, and manage external partners and agencies on board to execute social media campaigns and initiatives effectively.
Content Strategy and Creation:
- Oversee the development and curation of compelling and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to posts, stories, videos, and interactive experiences.
- Ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and visual appeal across all channels.
Community Engagement and Management:
- Foster a vibrant and engaged community across offline and online interactive experiences.
- Community management framework to include the plan, platforms, execution, and metrics.
Influencer Partnership and Collaborations:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and strategic partners to amplify brand reach and credibility through Influencer engagements and on-ground marketing.
Marketing Budgets:
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximum ROI (Return on Investment) and efficient Customer Acquisition Cost.
Industry Know-How:
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the performance marketing landscape.
E-Commerce, Paid Media, Quick Commerce & Market Places Management:
- Execute all aspects of performance marketing, including paid search, display advertising, affiliate marketing, Google Ads, email marketing, social media advertising, and advertising on platforms like Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Zepto, Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, Instamart, Tata Cliq, Myntra/Meesho & Flipkart Ads Portal.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize social media analytics tools and platforms to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and sentiments analysis.
Qualifications/ Skill set Required:
- Learning Aptitude and Mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content, engage with audiences authentically, and represent the brand effectively.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in social media analytics tools.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Marketing and emerging platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to evolving marketing landscapes.
- Prior Experience in a fast-paced, high growth organization is preferred.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving measurable results and continuous improvement.
Potential Career Growth:
- Down the line, the incumbent's skills will be leveraged into international markets and will be managing social media on international platforms.
