Manager - Finance & Accounts - Real Estate (8-12 yrs)

We're Hiring for the post of Manager- F&A for Delhi location

Experience-Total 8-10 Years of Post qualification experience in Real estate activities.

Qualification - CA or MBA/B.Com(Full Time)

This position is responsible for taking care of overall F&A activities of Real Estate Project. Managing Books, managing Funds and prepare Fund reports, Banking management, Banks related matter, payment of taxes, ensuring compliance, coordinating with third parties, handling of Loans taken from banks and construction/sale/ purchase/ execution of property transactions and other works given on time to time.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1) Maintaining Books of accounts-Reviewing the accounts and cleaning the books for the pending items identified in the review.

2) Reconciliations- : Ensure to reconcile Advances, Debtors, Bank accounts, Creditors ,Investments, Secured Loans and Unsecured Loans etc.

3) Banking Transactions- Fund management, preparation of Fund reports

4) Construction / Property related matter- Monitoring and analyzing Construction / Property related matter

5) Direct & Indirect Tax compliances-Ensure to make the Statutory Payments (TDS and GST).

6) Preparing the MIS like Project MIS

7) Monitoring Loans/Borrowings
