Accounts Manager - Finance (8-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Compliance:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and TDS regulations.

- Prepare and file periodic GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.

- Independently handle company accounts, including finalization and audits (Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, etc.

- Manufacturing Industry Focus: Work in an environment with a turnover exceeding Rs. 50 crore.

- Ensure robust processes and controls tailored to the manufacturing sector.

Reconciliation & Verification:

- Perform periodic inventory verifications to maintain accuracy.

- Conduct bank and branch reconciliations to ensure financial consistency.

- Reconcile ledgers of customers and suppliers regularly.

Reporting & Process Improvement:

- Utilize advanced Excel skills to prepare detailed financial reports and analyses.

- Recommend improvements to financial processes and internal controls.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Liaise with other departments to resolve inter-departmental matters maturely and professionally.

- Provide insights on financial matters, including import/export documentation and compliance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and compliance regulations.

- Proficiency in SAP ERP (other than Tally) for accounting processes.
