Manager - Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Retail Compliance: Ensure compliance with retail-specific regulations, including signage, TL, and Legal Metrology standards.

2. E-Commerce & Data Privacy: Oversee e-commerce regulatory compliance, focusing on data privacy, consumer protection, and electronic transaction laws.

3. Labour & Employment Laws: Ensure compliance with labor laws, including wages, working hours, benefits, and health & safety regulations.

4. Manufacturing & Warehouse Compliance: Ensure adherence to manufacturing regulations, product safety standards, and warehouse safety and operational guidelines.

5. Compliance Management Portal: Oversee the compliance management portal, ensuring all compliance-related records, audits, and reports are tracked and maintained.

6. Regulatory Liaison: Act as the key point of contact for regulatory authorities, managing engagements, and ensuring timely responses to any compliance related notices.

7. Legal & Litigation Management: Handle compliance-related legal matters and track ongoing litigations or disputes, collaborating with the legal team for resolutions.

8. Training & Awareness: Conduct compliance training sessions to ensure employees are informed and aligned with all relevant laws and company policies.

9. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit regular compliance reports, ensuring proper documentation for audits, internal reviews, and regulatory purposes.
