Job Title: Associate -Fraud Detection Support

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:

• Provide information to customers on verification calls.
• To identify suspicious cases during conversation with the clients / channel partners
• Highlight issues through feedback and recommend suitable action in workflow, procedure, service level.
• Ability to take quick decisions and respond to queries
• Regular monitoring of Fraud trends to proactively identify opportunities to revise and enhance ongoing strategy or device new one to prevent fraud and reduce genuine customer impact.
• Proven analytical and Problem Solving with a strong attention to detail
• Workable knowledge of MS office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
