Were looking for a Content Marketing Associate who can own, execute and iterate our content writing as per audience. Your work will be crucial in amplifying our voice via Static Content, Video Content, Distribution & Analysis, directly contributing to our growth and success.The most important ways to spend time doing this job are Own content marketing projects across the entire customer lifecycle through multiple iterations. You will set the communication tone, campaigns, messaging & reporting mechanisms across all our content verticals. Manage our social media handles across YouTube, Instagram & other social media channels to build a consistent and impactful brand presence. Coordinate with different stakeholders from product, tech, business, brand & growth to deliver content goals that help each function. Constantly talk to or understand customers, collect & synthesize feedback and data into meaningful content pieces & marketing campaigns.Your 4-5 core duties in this job are Creating & maintaining our brand s social media channels, communication guidelines & content calendar. Building and managing a team of content writers, channel managers by nurturing them and helping them in their projects to deliver results! Proactively monitoring & reporting performance of different content marketing initiatives Constantly experimenting with messaging to articulate our value proposition clearly. Identifying & activating channels where we can reach our ideal audience seamlessly. Strong communication/coordination with other stakeholders from different business functions to seamlessly deliver mutual goalsWho you are: An enthusiastic content manager with min. 4-5 years of exp., preferably in scaling content team operations and delivering results on different content initiatives like social media, performance marketing etc. Expertise in AI, marketing tools, SEO/SEM, content creation, social media management & team management. Strong organizational skills & attention to detail with ability to drive multiple projects. A team player with superb communication skills who is eager to learn, grow & nurture a championship team together.
